Ticket Policies
All tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be exchanged for another date within the same show with 24 hours’ notice. Ticket cancellations will not be accepted retroactively.
If an exchange is not possible, tickets may be converted into a charitable donation up to 4 hours prior to the event. Patrons will receive a charitable tax receipt.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and contact us for ticket options.

Wheelchair/Accessibility Seating
Our Theatre and Dining Room are wheelchair accessible. Please call our Box Office at 1-800-565-7738 to book wheelchair accessible seats.

Babies and Young Children
In consideration of our patrons and performers, children three and under will not be admitted to performances (except KidzPlay).
